all about Versus....

Assalamualaikum....(beri salam sunat,jawab salam wajib) ;)

currently sy sedang berada dalam dunia VERSUS..

novel karya Hlovate..
sangat menusuk ke hatiku..
selepas Relevankah Aku Di Hatimu karya Rnysa...

kisah bagaimana 2 orang insan mengubah haluan hidup dengan pusingan arah 180 darjah..
dan aku sangat suke kedua2 karakter dalam novel ni..
Minn Edina dan Ashraff Omar a.k.a AO..
and to be honest,i really2 fall in love with AO..haha..kalau lah die betol2 wujud.. =p

aku dapat banyak ilmu lepas baca novel ni..ilmu tentang macam mana nak jadi BAIK..
baik dalam istilah Islam..dan bukan sekadar mengikut definisi 'baik' di Malaysia.. :)
memetik kata2 daripada dialog yang ada..

"It's not about buat baik dulu or pakai tudung dulu. It's about masuk ke dalam Islam secara total..then THAT is 'baik'." and "Changing for good is not a sin."

"Don't be afraid to change. You may lose something good, but you may gain something even better"

"You'll never reach perfection because there's always room for improvement. Yet all the way to perfection you'll learn to get better"

so in a nutshell..theres only one thing two do three words four you...

"You can be the most beautiful bloom of all, only if you give the chance to try the fertilizer."
~~~> tetiba terasa nak jadi lebih dari gadis biasa.....
Heart of Gratitude!
A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said:
"I am blind, please help." There were only a few coins in the hat.
A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.
Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, "Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?"
The man said, "I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way."
I wrote: "Today is a beautiful day but I cannot see it."
Both signs told people that the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people that they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective?
Moral of the Story: Be thankful for what you have..Be creative. Be innovative. Think differently and positively.
When life gives you a 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile. Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear. Keep the faith and drop the fear.
The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling..
And even more beautiful is, knowing that you are the reason behind it!!!
Enjoy your day with a heart of gratitude.
Ada Apa Dengan Bawang???
Wish I knew this earlier!!
A friend of mine told me a story about when he was a kid he was in the hospital & nearly dying. His grandmother came to the hospital & told a family member to go buy her a large onion & a new pair of white cotton socks. She sliced the onion open then put a slice on the bottom of each of his feet & put the white cotton socks on him. In the morning when he awoke they removed the socks. The slices of onion were black & his fever was gone.
The following story that someone sent to me might have some truth in it & we are going to try it this winter. In 1919 when the flu killed 40 million people there was this Doctor that visited the many farmers to see if he could help them combat the flu. Many of the farmers and their family had contracted it and many died. The doctor came upon this one farmer and to his surprise, everyone was very healthy.
When the doctor asked what the farmer was doing that was different the wife replied that she had placed an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of the home, (probably only two rooms back then). The doctor couldn't believe it and asked if he could have one of the onions and place it under the microscope. She gave him one and when he did this, he did find the flu virus in the onion. It obviously absorbed the bacteria, therefore, keeping the family healthy.
Now, I heard this story from my hairdresser in AZ. She said that several years ago many of her employees were coming down with the flu and so were many of her customers. The next year she placed several bowls with onions around in her shop. To her surprise, none of her staff got sick. It must work.. (And no, she is not in the onion business.) The moral of the story is, buy some onions and place them in bowls around your home. If you work at a desk, place one or two in your office or under your desk or even on top somewhere. Try it and see what happens.
We did it last year and we never got the flu. For flu cure: Cut both ends off an onion, put one end on a fork and then place the forked end into an empty jar.placing the jar next to the sick patient at night. It said the onion would be black in the morning from the germs..sure enough it happened just like that..the onion was a mess and I began to feel better. Onions and garlic placed around the room saved many from the black plague years ago. They have powerful antibacterial, antiseptic properties. One more thing, NEVER store cut onions to consume the next day.
